GRANT Alden Bradford Grant age 91 of Cascade passed away June 5 2011. He was a WWII combat veteran with a degree in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin. Aldens professional career included employment at Lear Bissell Inc. and he owned Gillhespy Sales and Service until retiring in 1983. In addition to his love and devotion to his family Alden was an outdoor enthusiast enjoying golf fishing and served others through membership in his church the Izaak Walton League Kiwanis International and Golden K Kiwanis. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry Alden Grant and Lovice Ferry Grant brother Richard Grant and sister Audrey Bushweiler. Alden is survived by his wife of 62 years Lucille; children Susan Grant Rebecca (Robert) Bronec Virginia (Stephen) Superits; sister Mary (Dean) Heyer; grandchildren Ryan and Brittany Rybarczyk Jasen (Kari) Bronec Richard Bronec William Bronec M.D., Anna (Matt) Heryford and Katherine Superits; 5 great-grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews. Visitation will be on Saturday June 11 from 9:30 am until at Cascade Christian Church Chapel Orange St. SE Pastor Jill Forton officiating followed by the memorial service at.
