Kalejs, Anna E., age 95 of Grand Rapids, born in Latvia, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Uldis A. Kalejs. She is survived by her children, Uldis (Lucija) Kalejs, Guntis (Victoria) Kalejs, Nora (James) Brizzolara; grandchildren, Nicholas Kalejs and Jennifer Kalejs, Laura (Brandon) Faber and Marisa (Kelly) Brizzolara; great grandsons, Maxwell, Henry and William. Condolences from the Fay and Koster families who grew up with Uldis, Guntis, and Nora in the neighborhood off three Mile Road northeast. We know how you feel as we lost our mothers too, and we want you to know some of us still live in the neighborhood and remember you and your parents with fondness as we drive by the house where Nora’s daughter lives.
