She is survived by her children Seth and Lainie and their father Keith; adoptive parents Steve and Julie Lappenga; brother Allen Moore; sister Leslie (Doug) Staton; parents-in-law Dr. Raymond and Marilyn Leali; sister-in-law Kellie Leali; her cats Frank and Sammy. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE Rev. Ronald Simcox officiating. Interment Cascade Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice.
