BOLAND – Anne McShane Boland age 72 of Grand Rapids died after a short illness April 7 2008. She was preceded in death by her brother Thomas Kiley McShane. She is survived by her husband David; children Shane (Jerry) Boland-Harrison of Lake Leelenau MI J. David (Terri) Boland of Grand Rapids Timothy (Laura) Boland of Martha’s Vineyard MA Maura (Michael) Ennenga of Portland ME; sister Mary Ellen (Thomas) Troy; 11 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Anne’s greatest love was her family. She was a wonderful wife mother and grandmother. She delighted in her family’s many quirky and creative accomplishments. She had a beautiful garden was a wonderful neighbor and thrived on her great sense of humor and unending patience. Anne will be missed by all. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 12:30 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Andrew 265 Sheldon SE Rev. Mark-David Janus CSP presiding. Rosary Vigil Service will be held on at 6:30 p.m. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. at the O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd., SE. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
