ALLEN Billy Clay Allen age 74 of Lowell passed away quietly in his sleep January 23 2010. He is survived by his son Darryl R. Allen; brother Mike (Bonnie) Molder; sister Shirley Molder; Uncle Theren (Louise) Frazier; special friends Ronald Fletcher Beth HanerRandy Bonnie J.D. and Zack also many other relatives and friends. Billy was preceded in death by his parents Hazel and Robert Molder and son David Allen. Billy was born November 3 1935 in Cookeville TN. He served in the U.S. Army for nine years. Funeral services will be held 1 pm at Roth-Gerst Funeral Chapel 305 N Hudson Lowell with Pastor Ken Ford of Alton Bible Church officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm at Roth-Gerst Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
