Brian S. Lewis, age 45 of Paradise Valley, AZ, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away the weekend of July 27, 2013 in Arizona. He was preceded in death by his father, Denny Lewis. He is survived by his wife, Dr. Charlisa Allen M.D.; children, Aisha Lewis and Sage Lewis; grandchildren, Ariah, Briana, Hayden and Makenna; parents, Nadine (Robert) Mueller; brother, Rob (Amelia) Mueller; sisters, Michelle (Bob) Skrobot and Kim Stephens; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Brian was a 1986 graduate of Forest Hills Northern High School as well as a gifted musician. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Friday 11:00 AM at St. Robert of Newminster Church, 6477 Ada Dr. SE, Rev. Leonard Sudlik, presiding. The family will met with friends and relatives from 10:00 – 11:00 AM Friday at church. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
