On Tuesday, October 15th, 2019, Charles Jeffery McConnaughey beloved brother and uncle passed away at the age of 57. Born December 28th of 1961 Charles was the son of James and Nora McConnaughey (deceased), brother to Brian McConnaughey and Kevin McConnaughey. His life was full of love and passion. Charles spread kindness to each person lucky enough to be a part of his life. A true patriot, he wore our flag and bald eagles on a regular basis. Charles had a love for woodworking, classic music and scratch off tickets. His abundant smile and joyful disposition will be deeply missed by all. Services will be held at O’brien GerstFuneral Home Thursday October 17. Visitation starting at 10am with a ceremony beginning promptly to follow at 11am.

So sorry to hear of Chuck’s passing! So many fond memories if spending time at Aunt Annie and uncle Jim’s house and growing up with Brian, Chuck and Kevin. Peace and love to you all!
I’m saddened to hear of Chuck’s passing. Just at the reunion in August, we shared many laughs and smiling at the memories of visiting in Munger many, many years ago as kids. Your smile, gentle disposition and bright, confident outlook will be missed. I know your parents greeted you in heaven.
