Connie Marie Mannarelli, age 93 of Grand Rapids, passed away Monday, December 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John E. Mannarelli and son, John Jr. Mannarelli. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Carol (Thomas) Monaghan; grandchildren, Tom Monaghan Jr., Tricia (Joe) Castiglione, Kristi (Mike) Byrd; great grandchildren, Madelyn Byrd, Michael Byrd; brother-in-law, Dr. Al Mannarelli; nieces and nephews, Marie Rainey, Jim Fava, Diane Mannarelli, Pam Mannarelli. Connie was passionate about Italian cooking and loved to share her recipes and traditional cooking style with family and friends. She also very much enjoyed her times on the golf course with her husband. The family of Mrs. Mannarelli would like to express their gratitude for the wonderful and compassionate care given to their mother, and grandmother by the staff of Clark at Keller Lake, and her two special dining partners Lois and Dorita. Funeral service will be held Friday 11:00 a.m. at Resurrection Cemetery Chapel, 4100 Clyde Park S.W., Wyoming. Msgr. Ernest P. Schneider officiating.
