Craig Jelens, age 67, passed away unexpectedly on June 11, 2022. Craig was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald & Carol Jelens; brother, Brett Jelens. He is survived by his sisters, Pam (Tim), Carla (Carlos); niece, Shawna (Ryan); nephews, Tyler (Tasha), and Cole. Craigs lifetime passion was playing guitars and jamming with musician buddies. He loved having lengthy conversations with family and friends, meeting new people and getting to know them. Above all things he had a special love for his niece and nephews who will miss him tremendously. Memorial Service will take place at 4 PM on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Road SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546, with visitation one hour prior.
