  1. Dear Family and Friends of Dan-
Greg and I consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have known Dan. He was warm and friendly, sincere and thoughtful. He was a conscientous boss who cared about his employees and their families, and we could tell he was a loving father and husband. We grieve with you and for you and will continue to pray for comfort as you continue life without Dan. Sincerely- Greg and Kara Hoffman

  2. Dan had our absolute trust for his advice on just about any topic – from the complexities of insurance to why I should project manage and be our own general contractor when building a home. We loved having him stop by any time but especially at Christmas with a calendar featuring pictures of Michigan and a bottle of brandy eggnog! He had a gusto for life and we have been so blessed to be a part of it with Dan and the entire Urich family.

  3. We did not know Dan long, having only met Tanya and him in 2021. We have known his lovely daughter Britt for longer. She and our son Gabriel were married in 2021. We dearly love her. Our greatest accomplishments are our children. Dan and Tanya obviously did a wonderful job in raising a daughter as wonderful as Britt. Our hearts break for the entire family. Rest in peace, Dan.
