BENNETT (RIOJAS) Diane Louise (Riojas) Bennett age 58 of Howard City formerly of Lowell took her first heavenly breath to be with our Lord on July 20 2009 after being diagnosed with brain cancer fifteen months ago. Surrounded by family she was lovingly cared for in her home by her husband of thirty-seven years Keith Joel Bennett. Surviving her are her children Shannon (Rob) Kennedy and Brooke (Royce) Young both of Lowell Mackenzie (Daniel) McKinney of Virginia Beach Virginia; three grandchildren Canaan Louise Xavier Eli Kamden Robert; mother Laura Riojas; brothers Steven (Agnes) Riojas Edward (Mary) Riojas; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Agapito Riojas and brother Terry Riojas. Known for her contagious smile and outgoing personality Diane was a Mom friend and counselor to many. Family and friends are invited to visit July 21 2009 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Roth-Gerst Funeral Home 305 N Hudson Lowell and one hour prior to service at the church. Funeral services will be held at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church 10305 Bluewater Highway Lowell.
