McKELVEY Diane Marie McKelvey age 59 of Grand Rapids passed away September 5 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Mary Soczawa. She is survived by her son David (Lindsay) McKelvey; brother Ron (Anne) Soczawa; sisters Elaine (Chuck Chervenka) Bower Janet (Rick) Smade; nieces Christine (Brian) Hooks and Kayla Smade; nephews Jesse and Jamie Smade and her beloved golden retriever Briscoe. She was a speech pathologist at Greenville Public Schools for 20 years. She loved her job and the kids at school northern Michigan and her faith. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Paul the Apostle Church 2750 Burton SE Rev. R. Louis Stasker presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
