WALCO Edward (Eddie) A. Walco age 66 died at his home night December 14 2008 in Grand Rapids Michigan. He was born in Chicago Illinois and is survived by his wife of 40 years Elaine (OBrien) Walco; daughters Elizabeth Walco-Ybarra Carrie L. (Christopher) Bowman; granddaughter Elena A. Ybarra; grandson Bryce Edward Bowman; brother-in-law Robert L. OBrien. He was preceded in death by brother-in-laws Ronald Rimkus and William OBrien. Mr. Walco worked at Coca-Cola Bottling Company Niles Illinois; Coca-Cola Vice President in Grand Rapids Lansing Michigan and Daytona Beach Florida. Eddie settled in Grand Rapids to work for P.B. Gast & Sons. He was a ticket holder and donor for Michigan State University and loved his Chi-Sox. He loved life and will be greatly missed. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. December 20 2008 at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd SE Rev. R. Louis Stasker of St. Robert Newminster Church officiating. Visitation 2-4 & 6-8 p.m and Saturday one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Michigan Veterans Facility 3000 Monroe NE or Kids Food Basket 1203 Butterworth St. SW.
