HESS – Elsie Hess age 88 went home to be with her Lord and Saviour October 8 2009. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years Lloyd Hess. She is survived by her children Dennis (Leslie) Hess Robert ( Barbara) Hess Linda (William) Wise; grandchildren Joel (Julie) Hess Rebekka (Chad) Koehn Jonathan (Melanie) Hess Mary (Steve) Sumners Timothy (Elizabeth) Hess Allison (Jeff) Pitsch Sara (Chris) Eng Margaret (Scott) McAfoos; 20 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. October 12 2009 with Rev. Joel Hess of Emmanuel Lutheran Church Cadillac MI officiating at Roth-Gerst Funeral Chapel 305 N Hudson Lowell. Interment Bowne Center Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan 989 Spaulding Ave. SE., Ada MI 49301.
