STEVENS Forris LeRoy Stevens age 93 of Cascade passed away July 15 2011. He was preceded in death by his wife Irene and grandson Forris Klooster. He is survived by his daughter Sandra (Joe) Walters; grandson Scott (Rebecca) Klooster; great-grandchildren Garret Naomi and Samantha; brother Jerald (Alta) Stevens; sister-in-law Lois (Jack) Summers. Funeral services will be at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE Scott Klooster officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
