RENEGAR – Frank Bud Bader Renegar born November 1 1927 in Pocatello Idaho died September 14 2009 in Grand Rapids. Our loving husband father and grandfather passed peacefully from this life to the arms of Jesus. He will be deeply missed by his wife Dorothy; children Jennifer Renegar Frank Renegar Heather Sieracki Clark and Mary Jo Cronin Scott Ward Kathy and Mark Lane; grandchildren Aaron Sebastian Seton Jarrod Eric Ross and Amanda; 2 great-grandchildren; sister Barbara Hawkins. As a long time realtor Bud had many friends in the community. A Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War,, Bud served on a destroyer and saw much of the world. He served as President of the VanValkenburgh Reunion Association of Tin Can Sailors. He loved crafting fine pieces of furniture in his woodshop was an avid birdwatcher enjoyed golf and football. He was most proud of his family and the love they shared with him. Memorial services will be at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE Deacon Dale Hollern of St. Stephen Catholic Church officiating. Visitation 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made at any Chase Bank in the name of the Frank Renegar Memorial Fund.
