McCLURE – Gerald R. McClure aged 82 of Lowell passed away March 6 2008. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Betty; son Steven McClure of Portland OR; daughter Christine Carocci of Portland OR; sister Betty (Carl) Pierson of Whitehall MI; also several loving nieces and nephews. Gerald was a veteran who served in the South Pacific during WWII. He was a man of many friends who was always willing to help others and had a wonderful sense of humor. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. March 12 at the Roth-Gerst Funeral Home 305 N. Hudson Lowell with Rev. Vance Dimmick officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
