JENKS Gordon E. Jenks 92 years old went to be with his Lord and Heavenly Father on April 27 2011. He was born April 3 1919. He is survived by his devoted and beloved wife of 66 years Emmaline; his son Paul (Lois) Jenks; daughter Patricia (Bernard) Krampe; seven grandchildren Alicia (Tim) Dickinson Adam (Tiffany) Krampe Aaron (Kimberly) Krampe Audra (Ian) Rudnik Melissa Jenks Erica (Jordan) Henry Peter (Sarah) Jenks; thirteen great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Gordon was born and lived on a farm in the Belding MI area until June 3 1944 when Gordon & Emmie were married. They lived in Greenville MI until 1962 when his work with Consumers Power moved them to Grand Rapids. Gordon was a member of Whitneyville Bible Church. Pastor Neal Stockeland will officiate at a service to celebrate Gordons graduation to glory on Saturday at 3:00 PM. Interment Otisco Township Cemetery Belding. Visitation will be 6-8 PM at OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. S.E., Grand Rapids and one hour prior at the Church.
