Jenifer Louise Skonieczny, age 37 of Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly Friday, June 16, 2017. She is survived by her spouse Denise; children Tai-Lillian Jackson, Christopher Zachary Jackson; parents Robert and Teresa Firlit; sisters, Emily Ann Firlit, Michelle Elizabeth Sapita; niece Claire Ann Louise Firlit. Jenifer was an amazing mother and spouse who loved her children, family and rescue dogs. She was a fun, loving, caring and strong-willed woman who always put others before herself. Even under the worst possible circumstances she always managed to laugh, smile and maintain her optimism. May she finally be free and her spirit fly with the most beautiful butterflies. Visitation will be Monday, June 19, 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. S.E., Grand Rapids. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, June 20, 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 1449 Wilcox Park Dr. S.E., Grand Rapids. Rev. James A. Chelich presiding.
