BAKER – Mrs. June Iris Baker aged 83 of Haines City FL formerly of Rockford passed away surrounded by loved ones including her beloved cat Sammy in her home early morning December 9 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Ronald L. Baker; two daughters Lani Destree (Keith) and Nancy Chichester a son Harry Chichester (Darlene) and one step-daughter Deborah Walton (Tom), and two step-sons David (Anita) and Doran Baker thirteen grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on at tahe OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE Pastor Gary Heim of Blythefield Hills Baptist Church officiating. Interment will be at Fairplains Cemetery. Members of her family will meet friends from 2 -4 and 6-8 PM on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers donations to the Lakeland Cancer Center 3525 Lakeland Hills Blvd., Lakeland FL or to Best Friends Animal Society 5001 Angel Canyon Rd., Kanab Utah 84741 would be appreciated.
