Katherine Elizabeth Mead, born August 5, 1992, joined her father, Colin, in heaven on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 due to accidental injuries. She has left behind, to love her always, her mother, Marie (Steve Briggs) Mead; her fiancé, Matthew Staal; beloved dogs Bucklyn and Cooper; many, many aunts; uncles; cousins; and friends.
Please join us in celebration of Kate’s life on Wednesday, July 18, at Caledonia Lakeside Park, 370 N. Lake St., Caledonia, MI 49316, from 5:00-9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of West Michigan, 3077 Wilson Dr. NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49534.
