Keith Gene Buhler, age 76 of Lowell, went to be with his Lord, Tuesday, February 26, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father, Norwood Buhler. Keith is survived by his wife of 50 years, Janice P. Buhler; daughter Gena (Keith Theodore) Buhler; mother, Marguerite Buhler; and brother, Max (Dottie) Buhler. Keith served his country in the US Air Force from 1964-1968. He retired after 30 years of employment from Ionia Correctional Facility. Visitation will be held Friday, March 1, from 4-7:00 PM at Roth-Gerst Chapel, 305 N. Hudson, Lowell, MI 49331; with a rosary prayed at 4:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 2, at St. Robert of Newminster Catholic Church, 6477 Ada Dr., Ada, MI 49301. Rev. Leonard Sudlik presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans, 3000 Monroe Ave NE Grand Rapids, MI 49505.

Dearest Jan and Gena. Expressing my very sincerest sympathy in the loss of your husband and father. Keith was a very kind and caring man ! I have good memories of all of us together.The pain and yearning doesn’t go away, but know that Keith will continually be with you in mind, spirit and memories.
