Lawrence “Larry” C. Inman Jr., age 91, of Grand Rapids, passed away Monday, July 25, 2016.  Larry served as a First Lieutenant bombardier in the Army Air Corps in World War II, returning to Detroit to marry his high school sweetheart, Norah Lennon.  Larry moved to Grand Rapids in 1957 to establish Great Lakes Sales, Inc., retiring as its President and CEO.  He was a founding member of The National Floor Covering Association.  Norah preceded him in death in 2010.  Also preceding him:  his parents, Lawrence, Sr. and Berenice Inman, his parents-in-law, Harry and Edna Lennon, his brothers and sisters-in-law, Paul and June Inman, Don Inman, Jerry and Dee Inman, his sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Marjorie and Guy Brown and Jane Lennon and by his son-in-law, Jim Hoffert.   He is survived by his children, Linda Inman-Hoffert, L. “Clay” Inman III and Becky and Tom Howard; his sisters and brother-in-law, Peg Inman-Ernst, Nancy Inman, Harry Lennon, Jr., Jane and Jack Feiten, Sheila and Sam Payton, nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.  Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Thursday, July 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 1935 Plymouth SE, Rev. Troy Nevins, presiding.  Interment Resurrection Cemetery.  The family will meet with friends and relatives one hour prior to the service at church.  Should you wish, contributions may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association, Greater Michigan Chapter, 25200 Telegraph Ste 100, Southfield, MI 48033-7443  in memory of
