Luann Mardel Blom, age 79, passed away quietly at Porter Hills in Grand Rapids on February 23, 2022. Luann was loved by many and will be remembered for her generosity and kindness, her sunny disposition, and her wonderful sense of humor. Luann had many friends, she will be truly missed.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eva and Earl Cotton; parents, Fred Blom and Mardel Inclenrock; brother, Howard (Barbara) Inclenrock; along with many aunts and uncles; and very close friend, Arlene Waters. She leaves behind her niece, Sarah (Rich) Goldman and family; nephew, Chris (Sarah) Inclenrock and family; cousins, Kimberly Hoop, Richard (Krystol) Hoop and their son, Aaron; Sally Patterson; and special friend, Sandy Joslin of Florida.
Luann was a 1960 graduate of Central High School. Her career spanned many years as an X-Ray Tech and Mammographer. She worked at Ferguson Hospital, Grand Valley Radiology in Grand Rapids and Holland, and West Michigan OB/GYN.
A Memorial Service will take place at 11 AM, on Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Two Churches Kentwood, 4252 Breton Road SE Kentwood Michigan, with visitation a half hour prior.
