JOHN Margaret Peg Mary John aged 85 of Grand Rapids passed away March 31 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Bob. She is survived by her children Mike (Gloria) John Lawrence (Lillian) John Nancy (Alberto) Hodari David (Opal) John Tim (Linda) John; grandchildren April (Michael) Wiater Renee Samantha Trevor Jamie Arielle Aaron Hannah Marin (Brad) Darr Jaisen (Mahrya) John; great-grandchildren Sarina Paityn and Will. Peg was a loving wife and proud mother grandmother and great-grandmother. Memorial Mass will be offered Saturday at St. Paul the Apostle Church 2750 Burton SE Msgr. Ernest P. Schneider presiding. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Cancer and Hematology Center of West Michigan 145 Michigan Street NE Suite 3100 Grand Rapids MI 49503.
