Kohmescher, M. Eileen, age 94 of Grand Rapids, born in Cincinnati, Ohio January 13, 1921 passed away Friday, October 9, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman in 2007. She is survived by her children, Robert (Carolyn) of Atlanta, GA, James (Kathy) of Grand Rapids, MI, Rosemary (Terry) BeCraft of Venice, FL; seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren; and many friends from church. Eileen worked for many years at Sears. She was very active volunteering her time and talents to her parish. She loved her family very much and will be greatly missed. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, 1935 Plymouth Ave. S.E., Grand Rapids. Rev. Troy Nevins presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
