In his early years, he attended Aquinas College, but was most proud of his diploma from his alma mater, Campion Jesuit High School, in Prairie du Chien, WI, where he developed a lifelong passion for singing. Michael served in the US Army, later worked for Lear Siegler, the Grand Rapids Board of Education and retired from Steelcase.
