Michael Joseph Zelasko, age 23 of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, December 11, 2012. He is survived by his parents, Michael and Kristina; his sisters, Ericka and Andrea; his grandparents, Donald and Marlene (Zelasko) Freeman; his nephews, Luka and Austin and several uncles, aunts and cousins. Michael was a 2008 graduate from Forest Hills Eastern. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8 PM at the O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. SE. Funeral services will be Saturday 10:00 AM at Calvary Chapel, 707 East Beltline NE. Interment Fairplains Cemetery.
