Nancy S. Rabideau, age 51 of Grand Rapids, passed away early Thursday morning, October 10, 2013 with her family by her side. She was welcomed with open arms by her mother, Margaret S. Donahue; brother, Dennis Donahue; and father-in-law, Jim Rabideau. With her husband Bill and son Luke, Nancy lived life to the fullest through her strong Irish Catholic faith and love of family. Nancy enjoyed traveling, spending weekends at the cottage, and the farm in Hubbardston, MI. She is survived also by her father, Raymond Donahue; brothers, Tom (Cindy) Donahue, Mike Donahue; sister, Colleen Kamrath; mother-in-law, Nancy Rabideau; many brothers and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews. Her honesty, love, laughter, and smile will be greatly missed by all. The family would like to give special thanks to Nancy’s niece Erin for being there for her and her family throughout their struggle of the last month. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, October 14, 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle, 1449 Wilcox Park Dr. SE, Grand Rapids. Rev. James A. Chelich presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitations Saturday 6-8:00 p.m., Sunday 2-4:00 and 6-8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Road, Grand Rapids. Memorials in memory of Nancy may be given to St. Thomas Educational Fund, 1449 Wilcox Park Dr. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546
