Phyllis Lorraine (Losey) Sharpe, age 85 of Grand Rapids / Ionia, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 10, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Keith Sharpe. She was a wonderful stepmother to, E. Lynne (Thomas) O’Rourke, Jamie Carl Castor, Pam Castor, Casey (Gayle) Sharpe; grandmother to, Kevin O’Rourke, Colleen O’Rourke, Justin Castor; great grandmother to, Evan Jasinski, Emilia Jasinski, Hailey Castor, Isabella Castor, Adrianna Castor. Phyllis loved all animals and wildlife especially her dog friends Ally and Rascal. The family would like to extend their appreciation for the wonderful treatment and care given by the staffs of the Rehab Center at Maple Creek and Spectrum Blodgett. Upon her request cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held Wednesday 7:30 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Road, Grand Rapids.
