OTZMAN Richard William Otzman age 72 passed away peacefully on May 8 2010 in Alto Michigan surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Gina Marie Otzman; loving father of Hannah Elizabeth and Abraham Canfield Steven and Sue Otzman of Grand Haven MI., Denise and David Spenser of Muskegon MI; grandfather of Dion Leah Stephanie and John. Richard was a former Marine Sergeant served aboard the U.S.S Essex and at the U.S. Embassy duty in Nicosia Cyprus. He was honorably discharged in 1963 and served one year in the Marine Corp Reserves. Richard was a graduate of Grand Rapids Jr. College. He also participated in and helped to organize past Senior Olympic events. A Military memorial service will be May 14 2010 at Ada Bible Church 8899 Cascade Rd. SE with Pastor Doug Bishop officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior at the church.
