Ricky Jay Merklinger, age 55 of Lowell, passed away on January 4, 2023. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Merklinger. He is survived by his life partner, Krista Miller and her daughter, Amanda Miller; mother, Judy Pinckney; brother, James R. (Kimberly) Merklinger; sister, Darci (Joseph) Salinas; aunts and uncles, Linda Colburn, Lorna (Dave) Emelander, Carl Merklinger, Orville (Barb) Merklinger, Art (Sandy) Merklinger, Carol Miller; and extended family. Ricky was a loving son and brother, he loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting as well as a collector of many things. Although we only knew you for a short time, you seemed like you were a kind soul. With every conversation it was apparent that you loved your wife and life deeply. Our thoughts will be with your family during this time. The cookouts wont be the same without you. Rest in Peace Buddy.
