Robert ‘Bob’ Biggs, age 96 of Lowell, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife Jeanne (2002); brothers Chuck, Morris and Jesse; sister Ruth Sinington and son-in-law Joe Urkshus. He is survived by his daughter Shirley Biggs-Urkshus; grandchildren Andrew (Kimberly) Urkshus, Julie (John); great-grandchildren Justin, Maddie, Aidan and Ian; also many nieces, nephews and friends. Bob farmed all his life. He had a Centennial farm that was over 100 years old. He was an avid outdoor-sportsman, a die-hard Detroit Tigers’ Fan and he loved watching his game shows. A funeral service will be Thursday 1:00 p.m. at Roth-Gerst Chapel, 305 N. Hudson, Lowell MI 49331. Reverend Richard Sherlock, of Lowell First Congregational Church, officiating. Interment Alton Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. at the Chapel.
