Robert Henry Howland, age 91 of Grand Rapids formerly of Grattan, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013. He was preceded in death b his wife of 59 years, Elaine Howland. He is survived by his children, Robert W. (Martha) Howland of Howard City, James (Mary) Howland of Grand Rapids, Rick (Jan) Howland of Cedars, Bruce (Linda) Howland of Unidilla, GA; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Friday 11:00 AM at The Community, 7239 Thornapple River Dr. SE, Rev. William Norden, officiating. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. SE and Friday one hour prior to the service at church.
