SHARKEY – Robert J. Sharkey age 96 of Centerline died November 3 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife Alma. He is survived by his children Sharon (William) Sasena of Bloomfield Hills Sheila (William) Love of Grand Rapids Robert (Susan) Sharkey of Houghton MI; grandchildren Tim Josiane and Jill Prantera Eric Brewer Jennifer Hascall Tom Brazzel Matt Love and Ryan Sharkey; 10 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Sharkey served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Private graveside services were held at St. Marys Cemetery in New Baltimore. Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
