WEAVER Susan Beth Weaver 56 lost her courageous battle with cancer October 16 2011. She was preceded in death by her stepdad John Jamieson Porter. Sue is survived by her parents Peg Porter and Hugh Weaver both of Grand Rapids her siblings Cindy Dorman of Grand Rapids and Jim (Tricia) Weaver of Lowell her nieces and nephews Bret (Kelly) Dorman Haley Dorman Lauren and Lawson Weaver great-niece Catherine Huen and great-nephew Kyelar Parks and her beloved four-legged child Amber. Aunt Susie will always be remembered for her playful spirit and her love of the Caribbean islands and anything to do with them especially pirate lore. Sue will also be greatly missed by the Forest Hills turtle girls and her co-workers at Spectrum Health. A memorial service and celebration of Sue’s life will be held at Fountain Street Church 24 Fountain Street NE at 3:00 pm October 23.
