Theodore Earl Nyman age 57 of Grand Rapids passed away February 24 2012 from a battle with ALS. He was preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Mildred Nyman; sister Helen Purple; brother Larry Nyman. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Betty; children Joshua (Erica) Nyman and Jeffrey Nyman; grandchildren Cole and Caden; brothers Bob (Stevie) Nyman Bill (Lucille) Nyman John (Sue) Nyman Tom (Bonnie) Nyman; sister Marvle (Bill) Wallace; brother-in-law Jerry Purple; sister-in-law Nina Nyman; many nieces and nephews. Ted was a member of the American Legion Wyoming Post and the NRA. He was a sportsman who enjoyed hunting fishing and archery. Memorial services will be at Ada Bible Church 8899 Cascade Rd. SE. Interment Rose Hill Cemetery Grand Marais Michigan. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church.
