Thomas J. Barnes age 69, of Cascade, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Monday, March 28, 2016 after a short illness. He was preceded in death by his parents Cloyd and Delores Barnes. Tom is survived by his wife and best friend Jeanne. Tom and Jeanne have been married for 50 years, children Tom C. and Joy Barnes, Julie and Todd Cardinel and Brian Barnes, 12 grandchildren, Christa, Jennifer, Jessica, Carmen, Tommy, TJ, Joshua, Zachary, Cameron, Nicholas, Katie, Michael, 4 great grandchildren, brother Roger and Florie Barnes, nieces and nephews and many special friends. Tom spent 50 years designing Churches throughout the US. He always believed that all the designs he did were given to him by God. Through his work with Churches he was able to meet so many of the great pastors and make lifelong friends. Visitation will be Wednesday 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m., and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home chapel.
