OUELLETTE Thomas Roy Ouellette age 60 of Grand Rapids passed away March 27 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents Roy and Betty Ouellette. Waiting to welcome him are also Jay Buist and Gerald Dolan long time peers and colleagues of Toms. He is survived by his children Lisa Ann (James) Humenick and her mother Marcia Karas and Ian Thomas Ouellette and his mother Susan (Brian) Ruhoff; grandchildren Tyler and Morgan Humenick; brother Richard (Janice), nephews Michael and Ryan Ouellette; Grandma Jean Carmichael and his dog Duke whom he referred to as the old man. Tom was very active in Ducks Unlimited a past volunteer for Habitat for Humanity as well as serving on Boards of Trustees at Kent Community Hospital Corporation and Metropolitan Hospital Foundation. He served the Grand Rapids and surrounding communities as a Registered Respiratory Therapist and most recently was president & C.E.O. of Ouellette and Associates. Funeral services will be at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Rd. SE Charles Shepherd officiating. Visitation 6-8 PM and 10-.
