SHEPARD – William O. Bill Shepard aged 46 of Lowell formerly of El Paso Texas died unexpectedly June 27 2010. He was preceded in death by his brother Victor. He is survived by his children Derek Christopher Timothy Elizabeth Libby and their mother Michelle; parents Donald Red and Fawnlee Shepard; brother Donald (Lori) Shepard; nieces Nicole (Kenneth) Bieri and Melissa Shepard; special friend Paul Flanagan and many other friends; several aunts uncles and cousins. Bill loved life and was an avid golfer fisherman and hunter. He was a member of the Moose Lodge of Lowell and worked for Baker Construction of Cincinnati Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the Roth-Gerst Chapel 305 N. Hudson Lowell Pastor Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation 2-4 & 6-8 PM.
