Barbara Jean Azkoul, age 90 of Grand Rapids, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Edmund John; parents, Frederick Kennedy and Madonna Vos. She is survived by her children, Sherry (Craig) Morrissey Forsythe, Mark (Anne) Azkoul; brother-in-law, Robert (Bonnie) Azkoul; sister-in-law, Bernice Azkoul; grandchildren, Ryan and Marc Morrissey, Leigh Azkoul. Barbara joined the love of her life, Edmund John Azkoul on January 3, 2016. She was passionate about her family and enjoyed cooking, gardening, and volunteering with the Camp Fire Girls of America. She loved, laughed, and lived with the love of her family and friends. She will dearly be missed and thought of often. Visitation Tuesday 6-8:00 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. S.E., Grand Rapids. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery.
