OSSEWAARDE – Brian Anthony Ossewaarde age 59 born in Grand Rapids Michigan formerly of Wheat Ridge CO went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 15 2009 after a long battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his parents Martin Ossewaarde and Marjean Ossewaarde. He is survived by his brothers Gary Randy (Gloria) Ossewaarde; nieces Jennifer (Mike) Magner Melissa Ossewaarde CJ and Cody Sokolowski; aunt Betty Ossewarde; uncle Bob DeKlein; many cousins and other family members. He wished to especially thank his cousins Paul and Isolde Carrier and Lynn Carrier of Denver for their assistance and care during the many years of illness. Special thanks go out to his close friends John Ron and Phil from Denver. Funeral service will be September 18 2009 at Roth-Gerst Funeral Chapel 305 N Hudson Lowell Michigan with Pastor David Sims officiating. Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation 6 to 8 pm. Memorial contributions in Brians memory may be sent to Hospice of Michigan American Cancer Society and First Baptist Church of Lowell Building Fund.
