Clarence Weed Harris, age 93, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Helen Harris; and sister, Ila H. Unseld. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Zita Dobray Harris; nephews, Jack Pool, Richard (Nora) Dobrygoski, James Dobrygoski; nieces Judy (Don) Looman, Sandra (Dave) McKone; and several great nieces and nephews. “Chuck” spent his career in the heating and cooling business before retiring in 1982. He served his country as a bomber pilot in the Army Air Force during WWII. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, May 29, 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 2750 Burton St. S.E., Grand Rapids. Msgr. R. Louis Stasker presiding. Relatives and friends may meet the family one hour prior to the Mass at the church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
