Harry Bolthouse, age 88 of Alto, went to be with his Lord on Monday, June 18, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Peter and Harriet Bolthouse; and his brother Warren Bolthouse. Harry is survived by his loving wife of 48 years Ruth Bolthouse (Townsend/Thiel); his children Debra Bolthouse, Daniel Bolthouse, Vicki (Craig) Mitchell, Cheryl (Phil) VanZegeren, and Suzanne (Dan) Hoeksema; his brothers Don (Norma) Bolthouse, Bob (Ruth) Bolthouse, and Jack Bolthouse; in-laws Craig and Audrey Kidder; along with 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren. Harry retired from Sparks Belting after over 30 years of service. Harry enjoyed fishing, camping, and wood working. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday June 22, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Alto, 6015 Bancroft Ave. SE, Alto, MI 49302; with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m., one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lincoln Lake Baptist Youth Camp, 15113 Lincoln Lake NE, Gowen, MI 49326.
