Ivars Purgailis, age 74, of St. Louis, MO, formerly of Grand Rapids, passed away September 25, 2012 in St. Louis, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and Voldemars Purgailis of Grand Rapids. He is survived by his wife, Lorrain Purgailis of St. Louis, MO; sister, Velda (Doug) Kitchen; brother, Andy Purgailis of Grand Rapids; also nieces and nephews.
