JOHN CALVIN BAUW, age 70 of Wyoming, passed away Friday, August 7, 2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beth; parents, Bernie and Marian Bauw. He is survived by his children, Laura (Ron) Pleune, Bryan Bauw, Laura (Tony) Bieber, Lisa (Dave) Wisz, Matthew (Emily) Nausadis; grandchildren, Erin (Mickey) Carolan, Logan Bieber, Jordyn Gemmen, Bryson Gemmen, Allan Wisz, Emily Wisz, Wyatt Nausadis, Harper Nausadis, Braedyn Pleune, Mara Pleune; sisters-in-law, Kathy (Frank) Kaleta, Judy (Greg) Sobie, Vickie Zielinski; also many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. John taught High School Industrial Arts for many years and had his own home building business “Bauw Builders.” Funeral Service will be held Wednesday 11:00 a.m. at Woodview Christian Church, 3785 Woodview Ave. S.W., Wyoming, MI 49509, Pastor Jon Stradtner officiating. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m. at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. S.E., Grand Rapids and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Woodview Christian Church.
