Katharine Mary Davidson (Walsh), age 95 of Grand Rapids went to be with her Lord May 19 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband William; grandson John; son-in-law Phil Henderson; brother John Walsh; sisters Mary Ellen Raymer Jerry Veneklause and Betty Henshaw. She is survived by her seven children who loved and adored her as she loved them Sally Henderson Rob (Jan) Davidson Cindy Lackey Denise (Russ) Eastman Bill (Michele) Davidson Molly (Ron) McGlynn Kevin (Lisa) Davidson; 20 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Katharine was very proud of her Irish heritage and her husband Bill who served in WWII in the Navy. Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church 1935 Plymouth Ave. SE Grand Rapids. Fr. Troy Nevins presiding. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4:00 pm and 6-8:00 pm at OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel 3980 Cascade Road Grand Rapids. The Family will pray the Rosary at 7:30 p.m. at the Chapel.
