Lucy Marie Niedenthal, age 87 of Cascade, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles William “Bill”; daughter, Barbara Ann; and son-in-law, Brian Bottrill. She is survived by her children, David (Caroline Merritt) Niedenthal, Craig (Tracy Hansen) Niedenthal, LuAnne Botrill; brother, Roger (Carol) Herrett; grandchildren, Krista (Justin) Mast, Heather (Blake) Bernard, Blake Bottrill, Bryce Bottrill, Matt Hansen, Ryan Niedenthal; two great grandchildren, Dominic, Xavier. Lucy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She devoted 45 years to her husband Bill. She was a graduate of Ohio Weslyan University and an Alpha Gamma Delta, past president of Women’s City Club, an avid golfer, and charter member at Watermark Country Club. Funeral Service will be held Monday 11:00 a.m. at New Day Church on the Hill, 2965 Wycliff Dr. S.E., Grand Rapids. Pastor Dr. Phil Johnson officiating.
