Mrs. Heffner was a wonderful lady and mother. I remember her as a youth group leader who went with about 40 high schoolers on a spring break trip. So was always so kind and had an infectious smile.

  • Jan Littell

Marcia raised an amazing family who love her and each other and is reunited with her soulmate in eternity! What more can we ask for? Rest In Peace Mrs. Heffner!!!

Marcia, my good friend, I have so many memories of our good times together as we enriched our widowhood with travel and cards and dominoes and theater and good food enjoyed with friends. I could not accompany you on this last difficult journey. But I know how bravely you faced it because your faith was so strong. I was blessed to have been part of your life.

As one of Tim’s friends growing up in Caledonia, I was incredibly fortunate to have known and been on the receiving end of Mrs. Heffner’s warmth and acceptance at a time when I needed it most. I can’t imagine a kinder human being, and I will forever treasure my memories of the days I spent with the Heffner family.

Marcia was a very dear friend that we loved dearly. We shared so much together over the years working together. I was always mistaken for her which I considered a huge compliment. We laughed together, cried together and shared so many secrets. Her and Rich raised a wonderful family together and devoted their lives to them.
Rest in peace my dear friend until we see each other again.

I just wanted to send my love and support to you and your family during this tough time, Karen. I really enjoyed your mom’s vivacious personality. I know things got tough at the end and I pray that you all will be filled with the peace that passes all understanding. I admire the fact that your mom gave so much enthusiasm to people in need and she stayed strong and healthy for many years on her own. May her legacy live on.
    Hugs and condolences.
