Age 81 of Grand Rapids, passed away Monday, August 16, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Stanko Banozic. Marija is survived by her children, Vesna (Muhamed) Halilovic, Ljiljana Banozic; grandchildren, Danijel Halilovic, Maja Halilovic, Damir Halilovic, Dario Halilovic; great-grandchildren, Denis Medic, Dino Medic, and Dominik Halilovic. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2021 6-8pm at O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546. Services will be Thursday 2pm at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery, 4321 Cascade Rd. Grand Rapids.
